Refunds and Returns Policy

To be eligible for a return, item/s must be unworn apart from trying on, unwashed/unstuck and still in re-sellable condition in the original packaging.

You must contact us via email at Help@easygoinggoth.com
within 7 days of receiving your order in order to be eligible for a refund. If more than 7 days have passed since you received your purchase and you haven't contacted us, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund for your order.

Non-returnable items include gift cards, discounted/sale items.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase via an order number or email address used to place the order. We also require Images of the product sent in the email to determine if your product is fit for a reimbursement.

We are unable to accept returned items for a direct exchange. If you would like to change an item for a different one, you will need to send the item back to us and place a new order.

Processing Refunds

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted, such as if any item is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons outside of our control.

Please include your name, order number and images of the item in your email. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 4 business days. The funds should reach the account attached to your original payment method within 10 business days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs associated with returning your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

The time it takes for your returned product to reach us may vary depending on where you live.

If you are shipping an item valued over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

COLLECTING YOUR INFORMATION?

When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.

When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.

Email marketing: With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates.

HOW DO WE AQUIRE YOUR CONSENT?

When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.

If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent, or provide you with an opportunity to say no.

How do I withdraw my consent?

DISCLOSURE

We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Store policies.

SHOPIFY

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

Payment

If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.

PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
