Important Information

Shipping

Once Purchased, Your Order will Take 3 days to validate and be fulfilled. During this time you can email us to make changes to address or cancel your order. 
Once the 48 Hours are Up your order will be processed, produced and shipped to the appropriate addresses.
Shipping time may take From 3-5 Days or 5-10 Days depending on your addresses proximity to one of our local Manufactures. 

If you want to make address changes to your order please email: Help@easygoinggoth.com Within 3 days of purchasing. 

Refunds/Returns

EGG only offers refunds for damaged or mislabelled products, not for buyer’s remorse. You must contact us via email at Help@easygoinggoth.com within 7 days of receiving your order in order to be eligible for a refund. If more than 7 days have passed since you received your purchase and you haven't contacted us, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund for your order.

To be eligible for a return, item/s must be unworn apart from trying on, unwashed/unstuck and still in re-sellable condition in the original packaging.

Non-returnable/refundable items include gift cards, discounted/sale items and stickers

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase via an order number or email address used to place the order. We also require Images of the product sent in the email to determine if your product is fit for a reimbursement.

We are unable to accept returned items for a direct exchange. If you would like to change an item for a different size or colour, you will need to send the item back to us and place a new order.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs associated with returning your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
The time it takes for your returned product to reach us may vary depending on where you live.

If you are shipping an item valued over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

We Strongly Advise you to contact us before returning any products. That way we can confirm with your the problem and if its suitable for resolution or refundable.

Cancelling and Changing Orders

If you’d like to cancel your order, remove an item or change the delivery address, please email us at Help@easygoinggoth.com within 48 hours with your order number in the subject line. We cannot guarantee we’ll be able to cancel or change your order before it ships out.

CHANGING YOUR ORDER
Due to cirmumstance we’re not able to add items, change the shipping method or combine separate orders. Although, we can refund your order, allowing you to place it again with the changes your after!

Please note that if you've added any sold out items to cart on our site, you won't be able to add them to your order as we will not be able to provide you our product.

Shipping/Mail Thieves

If you suspect your order has been stolen once it's been marked as delivered, you will need to inquire with either your local postal service or Royal mail, depending on the shipping method. They may or may not reimburse you for your package cost. 

Unfortunately we're unable to reimburse you for your order, as the local postal service and customer are responsible for the final delivery once a parcel reaches the destination country.

We advise you to please consider having your order delivered to your local post office or a collection point to avoid mail theft. 

Carrier Confusion

If the carrier Isn't able to deliver the items because of wrong address, or if the package was unclaimed, it’ll be returned to our local facility's return address.

We will be notified of the return and will try to reach out to you, if to no avail after 30 Day's The ticket will be closed and refunds will not be issued.

Customers will have to repay all fee's for reshipping. 
If you are aware of an issue with your carrier, do not wait for us to contact you.
